The HHR Flow Tube, an FTI proprietary meter, is suitable for measuring liquid, gas or steam flow. The HHR Flow Tube is the most efficient differential pressure producing flow measurement device available providing significant savings in recurring operating costs over any other type of primary flow element. In addition to the efficiency, the HHR Flow Tube has lower permanent pressure loss (PPL) than an Orifice Plate, Annular Orifice, or Flow Nozzle. Custom computer aided design is combined with quality controlled manufacturing to consistently produce the HHR Flow Tube with an accuracy of +/-½%. Flow Calibration can be performed to increase the accuracy to +/- ¼% if desired

The Venturi is suitable for measuring liquids, gases or steam flow. The efficiency of the Venturi combined with the economy found in shorter upstream piping requirements, makes the Venturi a viable alternative for the Flow Nozzle in many applications.
Custom computer aided design is combined with quality controlled manufacturing to produce the Venturi with an accuracy of +/-1%. Flow Calibration can be performed to increase the accuracy to +/- ¼% if desired
The Venturi can be manufactured in sizes from 1½" up to 96 inch in line size. Fluidic Techniques offers the Venturi in Short Form, Long Form and Bi-Directional flow in any model.




Fluidic Techniques Flow Nozzles are manufactured in accordance with ASME Codes and Standards. Flow Nozzles are suitable for measuring liquids and gases and are commonly used to measure steam and water flow.
Fluidic Techniques combines custom computer aided design with quality controlled manufacturing to produce Flow Nozzle Meter Runs with an accuracy of +/-2%.

Fluidic Techniques manufactures Orifice Plate Meter Runs to exacting tolerances to meet your specific requirement. Orifice Meter Runs are available in all ASME Ratings and pipe schedules. Temperature & Pressure measurement couplings can be attached to the Meter Run. Straightening Vanes are also available. Orifice Plate Meter Runs are available in Carbon Steel, 304SS, 316SS, Monel, Hastelloy, Titanium and other exotic materials upon request.



Fluidic Techniques Orifice Flange Unions are manufactured to the exacting tolerances specified in ASME B16.36. Standard size Orifice Flange Unions are available in pipe sizes ½" through 24". All pipe schedules are ANSI Class 300# through 2500# in RF and RTJ with Weld Neck, Slip-On or Socket-Weld connection. Orifice Flange Unions are supplied complete with hardware, gaskets, jackscrews and plugs. Materials available include Carbon Steel, 304SS, 316SS and exotic materials upon request.
Restriction Orifice Plates are available in all sizes, ratings and materials listed above.

Fluidic Techniques ASME PTC-6 Flow Nozzle Test Sections are manufactured in strict accordance with the ASME PTC-6 Code. These critical meters are used during turbine acceptance testing in power plants to measure feedwater flow or condensate return flow. Fluidic Techniques has successfully designed, manufactured and tested over 300 of these meters for the power industry
